Why am I so exhausted?
I have been eating so well for the last week. I feel AWESOME throughout the day. I wake up at 7:30 totally energized and ready for the day, but by 3pm I'm exhausted. Like, can hardly keep my eyes open exhausted. Once this week I fell asleep at 7pm with my contacts in, no dinner, and fully clothed and I slept for more than 12 hours totally on accident. Now it's 8:30 and all I want is to go to bed!
I do drink coffee, but I try to limit it to one cup in the morning. Also, I'm working a lot but it's not hard work at all. I recently quit one of my jobs, so I'm actually working less than normal!
WHAT could this be? I need to be able to be awake and alert for more than 12 hours! What are some good, natural ways I can stay awake?
