Vagina soreness ??

Question

Anyone feel like you totally got sucker punched down there or hit with bat??? Or rode a horse for like hours ? I'm waddling because of it not because the belly but because of the soreness it's horrible. I'm 29 weeks today.

My Dr. Told me it's pelvic griddle pain i had a prenatal massage it helped a little but still in lots of pain never felt this with my daughter 8 years ago now with my son it hurts so bad my dr. Said it might be cuz i already had a child but it's the worst at night when I'm sleeping turning side to side or i go from sitting to standing sure sucks!!! I've been in pain for about 2 maybe 3 weeks I'm 30 weeks today what i read the pain doesn't go away till labor 😣 idk if i can handle 10 more weeks of this pain 😭😭😭😭 good luck to everyone dealing with the same problem i bought a back brace still no luck let me know if someone finds some relief

Yes I also have this it started a week ago. I saw my midwife yesterday she said because bubs is low down either my cervix or uterus is finding it hard with the pressure. She said as long as I can feel bubs moving everything is fine. But I agree 10 weeks to go with this pain is gunna be hard

Yeah it started about a week or two ago for me and is slowly getting more painful. Doctor said its common and not to worry...but damn does it hurt to move! Hopefully it just means it will make labor easier since the pelvis is more open 🙏

Yes! I just thought it was a bit swollen or something. This baby is lower than my first so I just assumed that was it.

It's might be pelvic girdle pain, I also had this and my doc just said take a paracetamol (great, thanks!). I went to see a physio though and she was really useful. Some things to try:

- sitting on yoga ball
- sleeping on your side with a pillow between your legs
- Gentle pilates excercises (ask physio for advice in which ones are recommended)
- get out of the car by swivelling and keeping legs together

Also try not to

- stand on one leg (I.e sit down to put socks on etc!)
- squat
- part your legs too wide

Finally my physio said if anything you're doing hurts, STOP!

Definitely don't miss that! Yoga balls help and try to stretch before bed. I had horrible pelvic pain in the middle of the night, sometimes I would cry going to the bathroom because it was just awful. Baby boy was sitting low and was a big boy. 9.9lbs at birth -- so you can just imagine .

Girllll yes! It was a lot painful with my 3rd child but my doctor said its just your body getting ready. And how it's going to be a lot worse when your child starts to drop cuz he/she will be pushing down
