Painful cramps

I'm not on my period yet neither taking birth control since 2015 December and I'm currently not sexually active at this moment.

But it's been a week already of me feeling some cramps, they're so so painful that I feel like crawling in bed or just sleeping to not feel the pain!.

Can anyone tell me why am I having all these terribly painful cramps?.
