Clogged Tear Duct

Hello everyone! So my son has has discharge from his right eye since coming home from the hospital. He's 3 months old. At first it would alternate between eyes and now it's just the right eye. Has anyone else had that same issue? The doc doesn't want to prescribe anything to help it. We've tried saltwater cleanses & massaging but it only helps for a couple hours, if that, and then comes back!
