When will my milk come in? FTM...

Hi moms! When will my milk come in if I delivered on Sunday?

I think it's starting to come in because when I manual hand massage I get some liquid that's not colostrum and baby is producing wet diapers. However I don't feel the typical symptoms like engorgement or leaking (my breasts are tender) .

When will it come in, or what signs should I look for?

Mine came in around the 4th day and much more noticeably on the 5th day, but I was a c section which can delay it. My boobs started to look huge but havent been sore or engorged, and I am only pumping because we had a really tough time with latching. If baby is content and having wet diapers I'm sure theyre getting enough! If your baby were hungry theyd be crying and rooting and making lots of feeding cues to let you know 😊

I never felt like my boobs were going to explode when my milk came in. They were just tender. If your baby seems satisfied and producing the right amount of diapers then I wouldn't worry? Have you tried pumping to see if you have anything?
