Home fertility test

I've been looking up ways to tell if you are fertile without going to a Dr and found this complete at home fertility test by Ept. Essentially, it tests your guy to see if he has a low Sperm Count or not and tests you to see if you have enough eggs. It doesn't tell you if the Sperm are shaped well or anything like that but I figure it's a start. We have been trying for a year now with no luck so we want to do whatever we can at home before turning to drs and medicine. Had anyone used something like this before? Was it accurate?
