C section scars

I really hope this post doesn't get any hate, but I am just completely ignorant about c section scars. How big are they and are they really prominent after they heal? The pictures on google are kind of scaring me, so I just ask for you ladies to kindly tell me your experience with having a c section and if you want to, include a picture of you scar. I really appreciate any knowledge you can drop on me!
