TTC HELP & advice ladies
I'm currently in another 2ww 😫
And I'm trying to be proactive about next month already.Â
I take the regular vitamins that seemingly help with pcos. I go to the gym 4 times a week. Don't smoke have a little bit to drink every now and again. And I eat reasonably healthy.
I use ovulation test and bd as much as we can. And still no luck .
However I'm wondering if there's anything else people could recommend just so I know I'm doing everything I can.Â
