Advice needed about swollen lumps inside vagina

7 weeks pp , I've been on antibiotics and admitted twice due to bad uti's . finally got the all clear today and after checking myself for the first time after birth ( to see if I might be able for sex) I found that I couldn't get inside my vagina. I'm blocked by what feels like swollen lumps . it feels like I'm after closing up. As silly as that sounds. Fed up and at my wits end. Anyone with any insight would be great. I'm sick to death of going to the doctors. Is this normal??? And does it get better.
