Breastfeeding 7 months and Period

I exclusively BF my son and got my first period at 7.5 months. Before it started, I had a dip in supply, painful breast tenderness, and night sweats again like I did those first weeks home. Anyone else have this? I am having those same symptoms again now, assuming my cycle has started, and it is so painful. Any recommendations to help with the pain and supply shortage?
