Horrible cramps

I've been up all night with absolutely horrible cramps. I've had ovarian cysts in the past but I have no spotting or any signs of bleeding this time. These cramps take over my whole body. I have the mirena so I don't get periods. Ice hasn't seemed to help at all. Any thoughts? Thanks ladies!
