Walking in humid weather?

So it is starting to get hot and humid where I live so I have been walking my dog first thing in the morning which helps my morning sickness actually! My question is...is it safe to take a 35 minute walk when it is about 70 degrees but super humid?  I know heat AND humidity are a no no but just not sure about humidity alone...

It's fine to walk in any weather. Just stay hydrated.

You can walk in heat and humidity too. I just came back from walking all day in 95 degrees of humid heat in Florida at 30 weeks. Just drink water and replace your electrolytes

As long as you know your limits. You HAVE to stay hydrated the whole time... So bring lots of water. And make sure you can take a break in the shade when you feel yourself getting hot or fatigued.
