Really need help with this ladies!!!

Ok so we dont have alot of money and need to make a place for the babies clothes! There isnt a closet in her nursery and its small! weve looked for a bookself to make it in but everyone is selling them for like 100. We also dont want to use a dresser bc my hubby cant keep it organzied at all!!!
