My friend has twins boy/girl they are 18 months old. The boy crawls and pulls himself up on everything but the girl isn't crawling or pulling self up. I am concerned because the mom is constantly posting about her laying and watching movies while the babies are napping and if they aren't napping she is complaining they won't nap. I'm at a loss here. I know she has had one kid taken from her because of drugs and neglect :/ Guess I should add they are full term babies.
