nature valley bars RECALLED for listeria
just found out these nature valley bars have been recalled for LISTERIA! And of course they are two of the ones I eat every single day religiously. I called my OB And left a message but now I'm a nervous wreck. i looked up symptoms online and they are similar to my pregnancy symptoms (headache, stiff neck, muscle soreness, diarrhea). so hard to tell if i have it or not. does anyone know if there is a test for listeria? should I go to the ER and ask to be tested. I am so scared. please share the news to all the pregnant mommas out there. here are the UPCs and flavors
