3 periods in one month

I have Nexplanon and for 5 months my periods were completely regular. They've always been pretty regular. But all of a sudden they been coming less than 2 weeks apart from each other and they've been full blown periods. I added a screenshot just to give y'all an idea of what I've been going through lol.
