I'm currently pumping and occasionally nursing, as my baby has nipple confusion and I'm trying to reintroduce the breast. This morning, I woke up with a small, sore bump just to the side of one of my nipples. Should I worry about infection, or might it just be from the continual rubbing of the breast pump? It's not bleeding, cracked, or open at all. In fact, it looks just like those other little glands/bumps that are on my areola, but it's just sore. Any advice?
