Can I be pregnant?

Hello everyone this is my first post here - so yesterday At work I ate some potato salad and then went to go wash the Tupperware and came back to my desk and started to check on my phone and got really dizzy and then today I'm feeling dizzy too and my stomach is hurting on n off. I'm afraid to take the pregnancy test cuz I get heartbroken when I'm not pregnant I've been married for 4 years now and we started trying on and off... I do have a doc appointment scheduled for tomorrow though. I've had an on n off runny nose as well so will also get that checked out.
