29 weeks tomorrow! Baby in 7 weeks??!!
Crazy to think that my last two pregnancies I have both ended in 7 weeks. Midwife said don't be surprised if she makes her appearance at 36 weeks too! Better get my butt into high gear and get some stuff ready haha.
