BF while sick

I know you're supposed to continue to BF when ill, but what about the milk you pump? Still good to freeze or should I pitch it? I'm running a fever of 101 and just feel like crap. (Praying it's not the flu & she doesn't get this). Is it pretty likely she'll get sick too?
