What's Next TTC?

My husband and I have been TTC for 7 months, with no luck. I realize this isn't as long as some and longer than others. Next week I go for my yearly and hope that my OBGYN will start with the next step, whatever that may me. I'm not overweight, I haven't been diagnosed with any underlying conditions, and I know it's not considered infertility until a year of trying. I have a family hx of PSOS and Endo but I have not been diagnosed yet. I've charted and used OPKs. Do you guys have any advice on what to ask/ say to my OBGYN. In your experiences what has the next step been: progesterone, clomid, more waiting?  I feel so down and emotional as many others do, and now my husband is starting to as well. Any advice is welcomed.
