Period Prediction way off. Why?

Question

My period usually starts the 28th- 29th day of my cycle and Glow's period prediction is saying I'll start on the 34th day of my cycle. How did it even calculate that?

Answer

It always predicts mine too soon.  I noticed if you go to the "genius" button and look at "my cycles" it will show all the cycles you've tracked and their length. For some reason it also shows months before you started tracking in glow which for me were all estimated at 25 dayd(even though I entered my avg cycle as 29 days and it's been consistent since I started tracking.  So glow estimates my cycle at 26 days because of all the month  that I didn't enter.

that's weird I don't use glow for anything apart from the boards I use ovia and it tells you when to take a test when you will next be fertile they don't even mention your af until you record it xx
