ER? Or no? TMI! TMI!

Is this dirreaha? My baby is 4 months old. I've never seen this before FTM. Any suggestions? Should I take her to the ER? Thanks ladies!

Has your baby increased food lately? My baby gets diapers like that in the morning after a "grow day" where she eats more but has maybe 1 poop diaper.

What does it normally look like?

Normally it's when a person is consecutively having diarrhoea that the ER is needed. If this is the first poop like this and your baby looks physically well and normal I think you should be ok to wait and take your child to their doctor if you have concerns. 
Though if your baby looks unwell or has a fever with their diarrhoea it may be best to consider the hospital, just to be on the safe side

I'm surprised this didn't make me vomit but I change poop daily so it didn't phase me lol 
Yes that's diarrhea, is it happening a lot? I mean you shouldn't take the baby to the ER for diarrhea unless there's blood in it or your baby also has a very high fever.  which I have seen before. If you're breast feeding it could be your diet that's causing this or your baby could have a stomach bug. Schedule a doctors appointment for baby.
