Help tongue ripped!!!

I was giving my boyfriend oral and he likes when I put my tongue back and shoving his tip on my underneath of my tongue, (stimulating him hitting the back of my throat bc I can't feel throat.) I ripped my tongue web really bad. it bled quite a lot and I don't know what to do. I'm eating ice to help cool it down but I've never ripped the web and I'm not sure how it is going to heal. should I go to the doctors?
