Crazy ex!

Okay so background story im 17 turning 18 and my boyfriend is 18 turning 19 and we have been together for 2 and a half years. Recently we kind of took a break from eachother and he started dating this 27 year old girl from his work. So eventually me and him got back together resulting in him cutting things off with her. (this was throughout a few months) and now she's harassing both of us, Let me remind you shes 9 years older than him and 10 years older than me and she's trying to start drama and what not. Ive blocked her on everything but she still seems to find a way to contact us. What should i do to make it stop?
