Implant questions

I got the implant on the 11th of May, the day after my period ended. My next period came about a week early and I'm on day 9 atm 😩 (usually pretty regular and lasts only 5 days). Has anyone else experienced a similar thing? And when can I expect my period to end. Thanks for your help
