How many newborn/0-3 clothes did you buy?

So far we have either bought or been given 7 newborn onesies and 4 newborn sleepers. And four 0-3 onesies and four 0-3 outfits! I don't plan on buying any more clothes until after our shower on June 26th. But I'm wondering what your little one needed or actually used! We've still got 3 weeks, but so far nothing has been bought off of our registry and I wouldn't be surprised (or upset) at all if we only got clothes and diapers! But I'm wondering if we'll only get newborn and size 0-3 and how long those might fit her and how many I might have to return.
