Break up after 5 years
Girls, my bf left me on Friday night after 5 years. He seemed to be pulling away over the past few months but just assumed he's stressed because of some family issues. He said a lot of things on Friday.

How long do I wait to contact him (I want to give him space but don't want him to think I'm not making an effort)?
If he contacts me do I respond?
