Self soothe

My baby is 3 months we had a rocky fist few months and he is good now got a new car seat that reclines and new stroller that turns into a carriage but my baby will not self soothe in the car seat will only fall asleep if I'm back there and I pat his chest or give him a bottle doesn't like pacifiers and then also when asleep won't stay asleep in stroller if we r out and about will wake up right away
