How do you stay cool ?

Being pregnant during the summer is the worst ! How do you ladies stay cool and comfortable until due date ?

I keep my AC at 74 during the day and 68 at night. I saved up to afford the bill for the next couple of months 😂😂😂. I live in the desert so there really aren't a lot of options besides AC. Opening up windows to let cool air in at night (if it cools down that is) and using blackout curtains throughout the house during the day helps a bit.

I wear sports bra around the house or crop tops lol eat refreshing things like super cold fresh fruit ,cool drinks l personally like ice tea and vitimain water sleep in underwear if you can  carry a water bottle everywhere 👌🏾whenever you eat out ask for extra ice 😁

Omg I'm miserable! I'm 30 weeks 2 days and our house is like an oven! Our landlord refuses to fix anything so our window units are not working properly.. it gets hotter than hot! I wet rags and freeze them then I lay them on me with the fan blowing directly on me... everyone else better not touch my fan lol. I hang out with my mom at her house a lot since it's nice and cold there lol. We saving up money so hopefully we can move before our little man is born. We can't bring him to that hot box!
