Geritol?

I just bought the geritol tablets. Do they really work and help get people pregnant?

I used opks for maybe two months, but since I track my cycle and I can actually feel ovulation cramps I knew when I would be close. At first I was just taking prenatals but then I read so much about Geritol I stopped the prenatals and started Geritol. 
I started Geritol on my first day of my period till the day I ovulated. And I'm now pregnant. Good luck hun
