Depo shot and migraines
does anyone here know if you can still get Depo if you have migraines? they aren't chronic, happen maybe twice a year. but I told my gyno and she says that if I have any migraines, any hormonal BC could cause seizures and blood clots. so I'm down to just the mini pill (what women who just gave birth use), the rod, and the IUD.
I cannot take a pill because I know I won't remember everyday and I'm scared of the IUD because i heard it makes your periods absolute hell and mine are already feeling like contractions.
literally any piece of advice helps. I need it soon 🙄😩😭
