Question for ladies with pcos? Ttc?

If you've actively been ttc with no luck what is the first thing your gyno/doctor would/has gave you??? did it work??

Pcp put me on metformin which did nothing. So she referred me to a gyn who put me on Provera and clomid.... 3 rounds and all I did was end up in the emergency room twice because I passed out and nearly bled to death (tmi sorry). So I opted to go back on the bc with my Pcp while I sort this mess out. Been ttc for over 2 years and only thing achieved is 2 miscarriages.

I got provera and metformin a month ago, not pregnant and no period yet so I'm due for more provera to try again for another cycle... Dr said he will start me on Clomid end of July if I'm not pregnant by then.

My RE prescribed provera first to induce a period since I hadn't had one in over 6 months. He then prescribed Femara and hcg trigger shot to induce ovulation. I'm in my third cycle now. The first two cycles successfully helped my ovulate but I haven't gotten pregnant yet
