What foods do you feed your 6month 7 month old baby

What kind of foods do you feed your 7 month olds my sons wic got cut down to 7 cans of formula and im trying to cut him down cause he drinks alot of formula i need to find something he can eat like for a lunch instead of formula something hell get full on??

Mashed sweet potato ☺ I also did banana and things like that or mashed different vegetables together but the sweet potato always went down well.

My oldest loved purées at that age and refused anything with texture, but my younger two preferred to eat what we were eating in small baby sized bites ( For example, Last night supper was: grapes, chicken breast, cheese, blueberries and crackers.)

My youngest will be 8 months tomorrow.  He doesn't have teeth yet and he spits a good deal of his food out.  At this age eating solids is more about practice than nutrition.

Applesauce, i let my baby girl suck on strawberries. She loves em! Sweet potatoes! Anything considered first stage! Talk to your pediatrician before tho!

My daughter just turned seven months yesterday and since the day she turned six months i have been getting wic as well and i have been giving my daughter food with cereal in it and a five oz bottle every 5 hours , sometimes she goes longer  sometimes she goes almost 5 1/2 to 6 hrs.
