Blood clot

Sierra • I`m 23, I am married and we have a three year old boy and an 18 month old boy, we are trying for a girl.
I just got a call from my doctor, I have a blood clot in the right side of my uterus. I have a negative blood type. I'm not on pelvic rest meaning no sex or lifting and I have a one year old. Has anyone else experienced this?
