I have to take some medicine that causes me to not be able to nurse for 2 weeks, so I'll have to use my stash that I had frozen. (But I should be able to build it back up before I go back to work in Aug) I Also bought some formula that's supposed to be good for supplementing. So I plan to alternate bottles of formula and Breast milk all the while having to pump and dump to keep up my supply.

Has anyone ever gone through this before? Any advice? I've been pumping every hour and a half and have been getting 2.5-3 oz each time... How can I increase my supply during this time?
