Mummy tummy

Im on my 2nd pregnancy 7 years later and never did get rid of that mummy tummy jiggly bit at the bottom... now im 21 weeks iv got a big belly on me but still have the jiggly bit at the bottom does this go hard like the rest eventually? ?
