I have a question and may be stupid

So I am currently in my fertile window and I was punched hard in my stomach (work related). I am so scared that, that may affect implantation in any way. I know this sounds stupid but I'm so worried about it and need some peace of mine from people who know more about this than I obviously do. Thank you!
