Breast shells??

For any moms who have inverted nipples but wanted to breast feed, did/do you use breast shells and if so did they work?

Do you mean a nipple sheild? I don't know what a breast sheild is... 
I used a nipple sheild for a bit but finally gave up. I have large breasts with inverted nipples and it was very challenging.
