Is it a one way relationship?

So I'm going on a 3 year relationship with my bf. We have a almost 2 yr old daughter. Mother's Day this year I felt let down and forgotten, for Father's Day I've always made him feel extremely special and make it all about him. And other things that happen are I'll rub his back and feet but if I ask he always says I'll do it later but never does. He says we will do things together the following weekend but then never follows through. I'm frustrated and don't know what to do. I've told him how I feel and still nothing changes. I feel like I'm on the back burner to his hobbies and everything else. Help plz!
