Face Tattoos?!

Question

Was just watching an episode of cops when there was a guy with facial tattoos. How does her expect to hold a decent job with that!? I have tattoos so there isn't anythingwrong with them. Just think that sometimes people make trashy decisions. What do y'all think.

I think there are specific job areas people would have to apply to if they have face tattoos. It really limits their career choices. Though that is just a reflection of the discrimination people with tattoos still face in this day and age. A tattoo on someones face doesn't say anything about who they are as a person, so I don't know why people are so quick to judge.

I think people who get face tattoos don't plan on getting a good job. Its a really strange thing to do to your face

In some places facial tattoos are a cultural thing. Eg Maori's and their Ta Moko. We see them all the time in New Zealand.

50% of chefs in my area are fully covered and have face tattoos. Also know many tattoo artists that have them.

Story. So my co-worker was just talking about how she has a high degree for computers  and graphics. She was offered a ridiculous once in a lifetime job from Google and they turned her down due to her hand and neck tattoos. Now she makes a few bucks more than minimum wage.

Face tattoos can be cool. And often times you can get jobs, especially if it's something like piercers, tattoo artists, artists, musicians, ect ect.

Some face tattoos symbolize why you've been to prison. So everyone needs to be careful if they decide what to do with their own face. One of my (horrible) tattoo "artist" ex had a tooth tattooed under his eye and his reason was "I used to fight a lot". 😒 okay. In the end it isn't my business if they can and can't get a job-- but if anyone wants one, please be careful what you put there.

My fellow engineer has a face tattoo and the rest of his body tattooed and he's a awesome guy.

I just learned not to judge everyone based on their appearance.
