Is masterbation wrong for your health

I'm a really sexual person & i'm a vergan since it's forbidden to have sex until marriage in my country & i'm 17 ... I masterbated by accident i didn't know what i was doing & i was about 13 but i guess it harms my body ... I tried to stop doing it but i'm addicted
