Feeling confused

Exactly two weeks ago I was ovulating. Me and my boyfriend had sex. I have been having bad stomach cramps and my lower back has been hurting. This morning I saw some light pink blood but it wasn't much. My period is scheduled for two more days. Is it normal to spot before a period?
