I had the same thing the day after sex, if it's part of your mucus plug which it could be, you will regenerate it. It's normal for small amounts to come off. I know for a fact mine wasn't CM, it wasn't sticky or slimy almost like mucus and it had no smell at all. Try not to stress, it's completely normal!

I don't have any personal experience but my sisters was more of a mucous like blood clot. It's hard to explain. That just looks like CM.

Looks like CM. With my first, my plug was thick and bloody and gross. Haha! They don't call it the "bloody show" for nothing 😊

thats just CM my cousins mucus plug did not bleed but it looked like a long disgusting booger (sorry if TMI) so btw not everyone bleeds when they lose mucus plug
