So although I have the birthing hips of a Viking, back when I was 28 weeks my doctor was talking about possibly inducing me at 39 weeks because she was concerned that the baby would gain too much weight for me to safely deliver vaginally. Since I am opposed to getting a c section, I'm anxious for my next appointment to ask her opinion again because the baby measured a week and a half bigger than she anticipated.
