Does anyone believe In this? I'm really curious I've had a chemical pregnancy & a miscarriage at 9 weeks lookin for some tips this time! Anything will help please

As far as I know miscarriage is chromosomal and there's nothing you can do it to prevent it.

It allows more blood flow to the uterus and helps prevent clots. But if that wasn't the reason for your losses then not sure it would be helpful. I personally take baby aspirin daily, had a miscarriage at 9 weeks in January but not sure what caused it.
