I've been having brown spotting randomly for about 5 or 6 days total, but not consecutive. I'm aware this is old blood so I'm not immediately concerned. I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks and all was normal with a heartbeat of 120bpm. I'm not just over 8 weeks but I'm nervous to have sex if this spotting continues. My poor hubby thinks we aren't having sex for another 7 months lol. My next appt isn't until Tuesday so I'm wondering if anyone experienced this and was told by their OB that sex is fine? I'm afraid to irritate my cervix and lose my rainbow baby.
