I've had on and off cramping last night until tonight (feels like I have my period, I keep running to the bathroom thinking I'm bleeding ... Also low back pain)  ... Went to doc today I'm 1 cm dialated and 50% effaced... Please tell me this is the early stages of labor and I won't be cramping until the end!! I'm 38 weeks and 3 days ... So ready to meet baby already!
