How do you know when they're the one?

You never truly know. I tried to imagine the worst possible ending for us, then asked myself if how I felt with him in this moment would be worth all of that. For me, the answer was an undeniable yes. Almost 10 years since I've asked myself that, and I've never regretted my choice. You also need to be prepared to put in the work. Even if they're "the one," love doesn't just happen. There will be challenges, arguments, stress, and life will get in the way. You have to continue to commit to the relationship and prioritize it. 

When you fall in love, some people say that there isn't any fear or over excitement.  There is calm and peace and no anxiety.  There's no rush of lust or second guessing.  What do you think?

Honestly, you'll never know if he is truly the one until months of dating. I dated my "first" for 1 year and 3 months. He wasnt the one.I am married to a man I been with for 3 years. So honestly, its hard to know if a guy is truly the one.
