Isabella Ruth born 6/4/16 at 3:19am

Our beautiful baby girl Isabella Ruth was born on the 4th at 3:19am. She was taken to the NICU right away with breathing complications, which we now believe are due to inhaling malconium. She was then transferred to a different hospital about an hour away where she could receive a specific cooling treatment for 72 hours to slow the effects of anything bad happening more extensively. I had suffered from a 3rd degree perennial tear so I was not able to be transferred over to where she was for nearly 8 hours which was very difficult as I had yet to actually see her. My husband and I have been here at the hospital with her ever since then. I'm hoping to be discharged tomorrow after having a blood transfusion today to bring my hemoglobin levels up. We will be staying with our baby girl until she is discharged though. We continue to pray that she stays stable and the treatment finishes out well tomorrow so they can continue to work on getting her lungs healed. I just was want to be able to hold my baby girl and see her eyes for the first time ❤️ I love you so much already Isabella Ruth and mommy is so proud of you for being such a strong fighter. ❤️
